Navigating Hope Van: Easily Finding Assistance in Morris County

There comes a time when we all need a little help. Sometimes figuring out where in the county to get services is hard.   Look no further, the Navigating Hope van is a mobile outreach initiative in Morris County, which brings essential social services directly to residents in need. This is a collaboration between the Morris County Department of Human Services and Family Promise of Morris County.


What can you get help with? 

Benefits Application Assistance: Residents can apply for various forms of assistance, including:

  • SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
  • Medicaid
  • Genera  Assistance 
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF 
  • Utility assistance 
  • Housing assistance 
  • Referrals to Additional Services:  
    • EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) 
    • WIC (Women, Infants, and Children nutritional assistance) 
    • Aging services
    • Domestic violence support 
    • Veterans services
    • Health and wellness programs
    • Legal services
