Campers at Paradise Farm have the opportunity to learn about nature, interact with farm animals, create arts & crafts, and experience field trips off the farm.

Each session is one week long and hours of operation are M-F, 10am - 3pm; drop-off no earlier than 9am. Transportation to and from camp is not provided. Camp Paradise Farm is an approved provider for the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC) and the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). The OVAL, a day camp nestled in the South Mountain Reservation in Maplewood, offers a touch of wilderness in Essex County. Surrounded by lush forests, rustic cabins, and an expansive field, The OVAL provides Girl Scouts with a blend of adventure, learning, and fun. Campers entering kindergarten through 10th grade explore activities like hiking, archery, and outdoor skills while building confidence, leadership, and friendships. With progressive programming that caters to all skill levels, The OVAL ensures every camper grows at their own pace. Led by dedicated staff rooted in Girl Scout values, this camp creates transformative summer experiences.
